Journalists and photographers are invited to come along to this workshop to gain in depth knowledge about oyster culture and how to present oysters in the media both in words and pictures.
Misinformation about oysters abounds in the media so Katy will be presenting a workshop and tasting to media professionals at this first of its kind event. Intended to help raise awareness of the oyster industry and oyster culture effectively and accurately to help engage the wider audience of the multiple benefits of oysters across gastronomy, nutrition, farming, economy and sustainability.
